Devinci Tosca CX framset (frame, fork, headset) - 55/medium

For sale is a *new* Devinci Tosca cyclocross frame and a *used* (1 year old) Devinci cyclocross fork plus a *used* (1 year old) Ritchey Pro integrated headset.
I had an earlier model of this frame but cracked it - Devinci provided me with a warranty replacement and that's what's for sale (I'm not riding it this year because my new team shop doesn't sell Devincis and I want to support one of their brands). The fork and headset are used but only a year old each - I upgraded to those parts after originally building up the bike.
The frame is a "medium" but measures out to a 55cm effective top tube with a 140mm head tube. The top tube is midly sloped. The bottom bracket is really high (5.5cm of drop) so there's tonnes of ground clearance. The front derailleur cable is run down the down tube w/ that braze-on attached to the head tube gusset. The derailleur hanger is replaceable. Also, this frame is made out of Devinci's custom-drawn aluminum and welded/painted in Quebec.
The fork is carbon with an aluminum steerer tube. There's a disc brake mount (just on the fork) if you want to run a front disc brake. The headset is perfectly smooth. No photos of that because it's sitting in a bag in the bottom of my parts bin right now (and a bag full of headset bits doesn't make a good photo).
Full geometry info for the frame can be found here: http://www.d4m.com/axion/devinci/anciensite/2006/eng/files-pdf/frameset-... <-- This is a 2006 .pdf but the numbers haven't changed.
