Let me be the first to say that the course was horsesh!t. That's me making a joke.

I felt like a true Belgian riding through a working farm - even if it did make me wonder if that was mud splattering on my face or something else...

And a big thank you from those of us with big engines and big bellies for the barriers at the bottom of all the run ups. It's nice to see the climbers neutralized every once in a while.

It was fun and different. I was wondering why DH was studying that last log so hard during warmups until I saw him pedal right over it in his race. Now, why didn't I think of that? I decided to use it to knock my rear wheel off instead.
