Singlespeed CX bike ?

Hey I am interested in trying the singlespeed cx thing. Anyone have any info on a bike that comes stock as a single or is it better to build a machine. I would also like to do the Paris-Roubaix type rides with pavement and gravel with this machine. Thanks.
