WTB inexpensive Cross Frames 57-59 and 48-51

Hey guys. Looking for a couple of inexpensive cross frames for a project for my wife and myself. Must have panier mounts (you guessed it, for touring and hauling around our new baby) Not looking to spend too much. Max $300 per frame. Willing to look at offers on cheap full bikes as well in those size ranges. thanks!
