Dates
The date we are considering to leave for Louisville would be the morning of Tuesday, January 10th. For our trip home, we would depart either Sunday evening after the last race or Monday morning, January 16th.
Cost
Below is the estimated total cost based on the sleeping arrangements over 5 days including race support and transportation costs

Hi all,
I
wanted to bring you up to speed on what SRS is planning for the Master
World Championships in Louisville, KY. Please have a look below and let
me know if this would interest you.
Transportation
Transportation
of up to 8 racers and 12 bikes from Southern Ontario to Louisville KY.
Departure would be from the Kitchener/Waterloo area as we would be
travelling south along the 401 into the USA then taking I-75 to Louisville.
Accommodations
Instead
of staying at a hotel, we found a house situated 7.5km from the race
course where we can accommodate 7 to 8 racers. This house is located in a
quiet suburb neighbourhood and in
walking distance to groceries, restaurants and a Starbucks. It has a
garage for storage and bikes, with a driveway that can hold 3 vehicles
and street parking as an option. Below is the breakdown of the rooms and
beds they hold.
Race Support
We
secured a spot in the Team Area, on course, so we can extend our
support to you and your race preparation. We will have the tent,
trainers, spare wheels, tools among other things at your disposal.
Airport Shuttle
As
some are looking into flying to Louisville, we can possibly arrange a
pick up at the airport if arrival time does not conflict with the race
schedule. Just let us know your flight number and we will make arrangements to get you
for a small nominal fee
