Category re-configuration

About 8 weeks ago there was some discussion about the possible re-configuration of the Masters cats/upgrade pts "stuff". Anyone heard any word on what was decided? I keep waiting for some info at the OCA site, but nothing so far.
Guess that make me impatient in Wloo.

The Categories for 2008

On January 16th, 2008 Scott Doel says:

The Categories for 2008 will remain the same as in 07.

Phil we're a long way from the cross season so be paitent.

We are working on a fair upgrade policy, but I don't think anything will be published in the near future. It needs to be finalized and approved.

one thing that will likely change next year, will be ability based Masters provincial champs. the UCI categories are only usefull in national and International event.
