riding

Is anyone riding in the snow? I started going to Absolute Endurance on Merton St.

They have 16 computrainers setup for riding anytime. If you buy 10 sessions it is only $14.00 and it is good for the day. Other wise it is 20 bucks. Cheaper the D'Ornellas.

Anyone want to come for a ride? Hopefully the snow melts soon but it does not look like it.

I'm still commuting daily

That Absolute Endurance place sounds interesting.. thanks for passing along the name (site: http://www.absoluteendurance.com/). That seems like it might be a decent Plan B for weekend rides when it's too miserable to ride. At least the computrainers would hopefully add a little more interest than simply spinning endlessly my own trainer. :)

Riding in the snow is more

Also biking in the snow eases the dreariness of winter.

Daily Commuting and group road time on cleared roads on the weekend is still the perferred way to train. Balancing on ice and splashing around on snow improves the skills. Also it gives an appreciation of mud come October and November.

What are the average speeds, distances and rider number for the donut ride currently?
