I've heard some rumblings of a brand new venue in Toronto, but I don't want to say any more until things are more certain. I wouldn't assume that those events are totally out of the picture though, the season is still a long way off.
edit: looks like it's already 'official' since Riverdale Park is listed as the venue for provincials. Nevermind! :)
St.Catharines will be a go on a saturday in september 13/20 or 27 probabaly. I am also thinking of trying an event the second weekend in december to extend the racing for those going to europe or wanting another race, weather permitting of course.
Most likely the same venue as last year with the possibility of getting a sand section set up

I'm not sure about whether races will be added, but I don't see why not... Cambridge was a very late addition to the 2007 calendar.
Excited about the schedule that's up right now, though! September seems too far away...

According to the Hamilton Cycling Clubs website, the Valley Park Cross race is on Sunday September 21.
I do hope the Cambridge race gets on there. It was a cool one from last year.
