Sept 28 race south of Buffalo

Hello Ontario Cyclocross friends--hope to see a few familiar faces this year, I'm doubtful for this season as I managed to lacerate my kidney back in early June and it has been slow to heal and cyclocross with all the jiggling and shaking appears to be the absolute worst activity for this type of injury, so, crap. Back for paris ancaster, hopefull with lots of XC ski fitness, anyways, here's info--

Registration is open for the Baer and Associates-Buffalo Bicycle Club Sprague Brook Park cyclocross on September 28. New for this year is an 11am race for women, juniors and 45 plus at 40 mins, a 12 noon kids race and a 1pm mas 35 and open men's at one hour. Course will be 100 percent enclosed with stake and tape, chip timed and will adhere to the UCI course design, this is a fast and somewhat technical course on a fairly flat circuit of around 3000 meters.
Come out and support local racing, bring your kids and make a day of it, I have rented the new lodge at the park, so family can duck out of the weather and be comfortable. Showers are right one site, as is camping, you can't beat this venue.
