cyclocross loops

Hi, I am looking for cyclo cross loops in Toronto. Are there parks where you can ride on prepared loops when ever you want and on your own? Like High Park, South Humber Park. I am new in the city and would like to ride cyclo cross on the weekend! I know that there is a Tuesday evening exercise at Centennial but not sure if the course is also available for rides on weekend.
