Barrie Cross race, re-dubbed “The Baseball Cross”.
The 6th stop in the Southern Ontario cross series, the course has been laid out with speed

Save Ottawa CX
This week the permits for use of the City of Ottawa parks were revoked
for the Ottawa Bicycle Club Eastern Ontario Cyclocross Series. This is
the first time that this has happened in over 20 years. The main issue
is the city’s perception that the races are damaging parks.
A
request for a formal appeal of the decision was refused by city staff.
We are looking for support to have this decision changed. Please
contact your city councilor and the outgoing mayor and the incoming
mayor. Contact the media, friends and any others who can help raise
this issue.

Midland-Horseshoe-Midland Enduro
The weather is look great. The leaves will be in full colours. It's going
to be a awsome Thanksgiving weekend so why not ride your bike at the
inaugural running of the Midland to Horseshoe and back Enduro. We've came up with a course of mixed road surfaces so no one type of bike
will be able to do it all well. We are hoping the MTB and CX bike will play
leap frog through out this 100km ride. Cost is $40 and you can register online http://www.ontariocycling.org/
